1. Introduction

Welcome to the Dilli House website (the "Site"). By using our Site and placing orders with Dilli House Ltd ("Dilli House", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Dilli House Ltd is registered in England and Wales with company number 15899845. Our registered office is at 5-7 Buck Street, Camden Collective, London, England, NW1 8NJ.

We amend these Terms from time to time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you understand the Terms that apply when you use our Site. If we need to revise these Terms and this materially affects your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

2. Our Contract with You

2.1. Our Site allows you to place orders for our products ("Products"). When you place an order, this represents an offer to purchase Products from us.

2.2. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

2.3. We may not accept your order if:

· Products are out of stock

· We identify a Product or pricing error

· We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

· We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity

2.4. The images of Products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee your device's display accurately reflects the colour of the Products.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. Prices on our Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2. Prices of Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept:

Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal
Shop Pay
Other payment methods as indicated during checkout

4. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct.

4. Delivery

4.1. We aim to deliver Products within the timeframe indicated during checkout, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4.2. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you provided.

4.3. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products.

4.4. Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

5. Small-Batch Production and Pre-Orders

5.1. Our Products are produced in limited batches. Each batch is numbered and production quantities are fixed.

5.2. When pre-ordering:

· Your payment will be taken at the time of pre-order

· Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed

· You will be kept informed of production progress

· Bottle numbers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason.

6.2. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. You can use our cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

6.3. If you cancel, you must return the Products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of cancellation.

6.4. Products must be returned:

Unused and in their original packaging
With inner box seal intact
In a condition suitable for resale
With batch numbers and labels unaltered

6.5. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

7. Product Information

7.1. All Products are made with natural ingredients and without alcohol.

7.2. While we take care to accurately describe our Products, individual responses may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

7.3. Our Products are for personal use only and not for resale.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. Our Product formulations, including but not limited to our perfume formulas, manufacturing processes, and the use of WPE® technology, constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Dilli House Ltd.

8.3. You agree not to:

Attempt to replicate, reverse engineer, or analyse our Products for the purpose of determining their composition or manufacturing process
Create or attempt to create any products that imitate or are substantially similar to our Products
Use our Products for any purpose other than personal use, including but not limited to analysis, research, or commercial purposes
Make any claim that your products are the same as, equivalent to, or comparable with our Products

8.4. You may not use our intellectual property, including our trademarks, logos, product names, and trade dress, without our prior written consent.

8.5. Any breach of these intellectual property provisions may result in legal action.

9. Our Liability

9.1. We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products

9.2. We only supply Products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Site.

10.2. We will use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Events Outside Our Control

11.1. We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control.

12. Other Important Terms

12.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens.

12.2. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

12.3. Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.
