Most fragrances are 70 to 90 per cent alcohol. Prem Rouge contains none.
Made using Water Plant Emulsion technology, the formula suspends pure plant oils in water, creating a scent that's gentler on skin, kinder to the air around you, and truer to the flower it came from.
The result is a fragrance that feels soft on the surface but carries real depth. It develops slowly, in tune with your own chemistry, and can linger for days on clothing.

Our first fragrance. Two 30ml bottles, rose and tuberose, designed to be worn alone or layered together. Alcohol-free, 100% natural, and made in small batches using a water-based formula we call Eau de Peau, meaning “water of the skin.”
Prem Rouge is, as far as we can establish, the only fragrance currently offering all three: alcohol-free, 100% natural, and designed from the ground up as a layerable duo. This is documented in our Claim Validation Report. -
Most perfumes use alcohol as a carrier. Prem Rouge uses a water-based emulsion instead, which makes it gentler on skin and allows the scent to develop slowly, in tune with your own chemistry. It sits close rather than projecting loudly, and it lasts.

Several brands offer alcohol-free fragrances, and others use natural ingredients. Prem Rouge combines all three: alcohol-free, 100% natural, and designed from the ground up as a layerable duo. As far as we can establish, this is a combination no other brand currently offers.

Each set comes with two fragrances. You can wear either one on its own, or combine them to create something that feels entirely yours. Adjust the balance to suit your mood, the season, or the time of day.

Every set includes sample scent cloth sachets of both scents. Try these on your skin or clothes first. If the fragrance isn’t right for you, keep the main bottles sealed and return them within 14 days for a full refund.

Shake the bottle gently before use to blend the natural oils with the water base, then spray onto skin or clothing from about 15 to 20cm away. Give it a moment to settle. You can wear one layer alone or both together, and it works beautifully on fabric, especially natural materials like cotton and linen.

On skin, Prem Rouge develops slowly and can linger for hours. On clothing, it holds even longer. The scent is intimate rather than overpowering, designed to be noticed by people close to you.

It’s designed that way. The fragrance unfolds gradually, in tune with your chemistry. It may feel quiet at first, but it has strong staying power. This is scent for people who prefer something understated.

The colour comes from pure fragrance oils suspended in our water-based formula. You may also notice small oil droplets, which is completely normal. A gentle shake before each use blends everything together. It’s how the formula is designed to work.

At Dilli House, we believe in "less but better". We chose to move away from traditional lids to honour both the environment and the ritual of the scent itself.
Most perfume lids are made from plastics or metal-coated materials that are difficult to recycle. As a certified B Corporation™, we are committed to avoiding over-packaging, ensuring every element of our design serves a clear purpose.
Functionally, because Prem Rouge is an alcohol-free emulsion, it does not evaporate like traditional perfumes. By removing the lid, we’ve also removed a small barrier to the experience, inviting a more seamless, unhurried ritual of application.
