Delivery
We ship to the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Iceland, the US and Canada.
The price you see is the price you pay: UK £160, Europe €200, US $250. Shipping, duties and taxes are all included, and nothing further is charged when the parcel arrives. Switzerland, Iceland and Canada are priced at checkout, on the same basis.

All deliveries are tracked.
Orders are charged in sterling. The euro and dollar prices follow the exchange rate, so your statement will show a pound figure close to the one above rather than exact.
Returns
Every order includes sample sachets of both scents. Try them on your skin or your clothes and give them a few minutes to settle before you open the bottles. That way you know the fragrance before anything is unsealed.
If it is not right for you, return the set unopened within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund, wherever you ordered from. The seal on the inner box needs to be intact. Return postage is on us.
Once that seal is broken we cannot take the set back, for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email returns@dilli.house with your order number and we will send you a label. Outside the UK there is a customs form to print and attach, which is what gets the parcel back across the border without a charge to you.
