One Habit to Change Everything
Gratitude isn't something to simply jot down in a journal or tick off in a tracking app. It's something that finds us in unexpected moments. Like the scent of morning coffee, or the way steam rises from an afternoon chai, curling and dancing in the sunlight. These moments already exist around us - quiet, constant. We only need to pause and notice them.
